We begin by thoroughly discussing your project requirements - including specifications, quantities, materials, and timelines. Based on these details, we prepare a transparent quote with options tailored to your goals.
2. Deposit Payment
Upon agreement, we require a 50% deposit to secure your production slot and initiate project preparations.
3. Artwork Confirm & Feedback
Got designs? Send them to Design team「unlocked.artwork@gmail.com」 and we'll get cracking!
No designs? No problem!
We'll whip up FREE custom drafts in 2-5 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).
Pro Tip: The more details you share, the faster our design gnomes work!
4. Print & Arrange delivery
Once the design and mockup are approved (Note: free samples vary by product - check with our team), the remaining balance is required. We'll then initiate production and arrange delivery. You'll receive a tracking notification upon shipment.
