Payment information is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not intend to store complete card numbers, online-banking credentials or other sensitive payment authentication details directly on our website.

5. Why we use personal data
Some personal data is required for us to accept, produce, deliver and support an order.
For example, we may require your name, telephone number, email address, delivery information, product specifications, artwork and payment confirmation.
If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to:
Prepare an accurate quotation;
Accept or produce your order;
Deliver the products;
Issue an invoice;
Contact you about production;
Process a refund or reprint; or
Provide the requested support.
Optional information, such as marketing preferences, may be provided or withdrawn separately.
6. Information required to provide our services
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The total payable amount will be disclosed before checkout or in the applicable quotation. Depending on the order, this may include delivery charges, applicable taxes, rush-production charges, artwork services, finishing charges and other agreed fees.
Full payment must normally be received before artwork processing, material allocation or production begins.
For approved corporate or high-value orders exceeding RM10,000, we may agree in writing to the following arrangement:
60% deposit before production; and
40% balance before delivery or self-collection.
Any alternative payment arrangement must be expressly approved by UNLOCKED Printing in writing.
Payments may be processed through Airwallex or another payment method displayed at checkout. Available methods may include FPX, DuitNow, cards or supported electronic wallets, subject to activation and availability.
7. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose relevant personal data to the following parties where reasonably necessary:
Payment gateways, banks and payment-service providers;
Courier, delivery and logistics providers;
Website hosting and technical-service providers;
WordPress, WooCommerce and related website-service providers;
Cloud-storage or file-processing providers used for uploaded artwork;
Email and communication-service providers;
Accountants, auditors, insurers, lawyers and professional advisers;
Malaysian government authorities, regulators or law-enforcement agencies where legally required; and
Other parties authorised by you or required to provide the requested service.
We only provide information reasonably necessary for the relevant service or purpose.
We do not sell or rent customer personal data.
8. Artwork and uploaded files
Artwork and files submitted for printing may contain names, photographs, contact information, logos or other personal or business information.
We use uploaded files to:
Review printing suitability;
Prepare proofs or previews;
Produce the ordered products;
Handle reprints or production issues; and
Maintain reasonable order and production records.
Customers should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in artwork.
If an order is confidential, please notify Customer Service before production begins.
The public use of completed product photographs is governed separately by our Terms of Service and any accepted confidentiality or portfolio opt-out request.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed through Airwallex or another payment method displayed at checkout.
The payment provider may independently collect and process information required to:
Authorise the payment;
Verify the payer;
Prevent fraud;
Process a refund; and
Meet legal or regulatory obligations.
The payment provider’s handling of payment information is also subject to its own privacy terms.
UNLOCKED normally receives payment confirmation, transaction references and limited payment-related information rather than complete card or online-banking credentials.
10.Delivery
To arrange delivery, we may provide the selected delivery provider with information such as:
Recipient name;
Delivery address;
Telephone number;
Order or parcel reference; and
Information reasonably required to complete delivery.
Delivery providers may use this information to arrange, track and confirm delivery.
11. Cookies

Where an order or artwork involves a child’s personal data or image, the customer submitting that information confirms that they have the necessary parental, guardian or other lawful authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, website practices or applicable requirements change.
The latest version will be published on our website with the updated effective date.

This Privacy Policy is made available in English and Bahasa Melayu.
