Submission Guidelines
- 3D products (such as packaging boxes) require a dieline or layout before we can prepare a quotation.
- For flat printed products, you may upload a reference image together with the finished or open size.
- Quotations are typically completed within 1–3 working days, depending on the complexity of your request.
- Some custom products may require internal review and may not be available for production. If so, we'll notify you by email.
- Please submit one quotation request per product design. Combining multiple different products into a single request may delay processing or result in rejection.
- Our Customer Service team can help you choose the right products and specifications. However, all custom quotations must be submitted through our quotation system to ensure accurate pricing.
- Providing complete artwork, dimensions, and specifications helps us prepare your quotation faster and more accurately.
