1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
Shipping to West Malaysia is free of charge. Customers ordering from East Malaysia should contact us before placing an order to confirm the applicable shipping charges and delivery arrangements.
2. Production and Dispatch Time
Our products are printed and prepared according to the specifications of each order. Production and dispatch times may vary depending on the product and customisation selected.
The estimated timeline for each product is shown on the relevant product page before checkout. This timeline is an estimate and may be affected by artwork approval, customer-requested changes, public holidays, production requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Services
We may use third-party delivery providers, including GDEX, J&T, DHL and XEND. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are controlled by the relevant delivery provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, public holidays, weather, service disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries
Please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel is damaged, missing, or contains the wrong product or quantity. Where possible, please provide photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products.
We may request additional information or cooperate with the delivery provider to investigate the matter. Customers should keep the affected products and original packaging until the review is completed.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian law.
