Your order will automatically move through several production stages from artwork checking until final delivery.
Standard Order Status Flow
1. Design Checking – Your artwork and order details are currently being reviewed to ensure they are suitable for production.
2. Waiting Approval – Artwork preview, checking result, or production confirmation is waiting for your approval before production can begin.
3. Approved – Your artwork has been confirmed successfully and the order is ready for production scheduling.
4. Production – Your order is currently being printed, manufactured, or assembled.
5. QC (Quality Check) – Your order is undergoing quality inspection before packing and shipment arrangement.
6. Ready – Your order has been completed and is ready for:
- self pickup
- courier arrangement
- shipment handover
7. Shipped – Your parcel has been handed over to the courier and is currently on the way.
8. Delivered – Your order has been delivered successfully.
Status updates are automatically updated throughout the production process.
Some orders involving:
- artwork design service
- custom production
- special materials
- large quantity production
may require additional processing time between stages.
