Orders containing:
- bulky products
- fragile items
- mixed-category products
- multiple production jobs
may require separate shipment arrangements during delivery.
To reduce the risk of product damage and improve shipment handling efficiency, products may sometimes be packed and shipped separately depending on:
- product size
- packaging requirements
- production completion timing
- courier suitability
- shipment safety considerations
As a result, orders may:
- arrive together or separately
- use different courier providers
- have multiple tracking numbers
- be delivered at different timings
This is a normal logistics arrangement for certain order types and does not necessarily indicate missing items or shipment issues.
Customers are encouraged to monitor all provided tracking numbers and shipment updates through the order tracking system where available.
If you are unsure whether all parcels have been shipped, our Customer Support team is always happy to assist in checking the shipment status for your order.
