Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information and delivery addresses are accurate before shipment arrangement.
Address modification may only be possible before the parcel is handed over to the courier provider.
Once the parcel has been shipped:
- address modification may no longer be possible
- rerouting requests may not be accepted
- additional courier charges may apply
- delivery delays may occur
In certain situations, customers may also be required to coordinate directly with the courier provider for address correction or parcel redirection.
Because courier delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers, the company shall not be responsible for:
- delays caused by incorrect addresses
- failed delivery attempts
- parcel loss due to incorrect customer-provided information
- additional courier charges related to rerouting or redelivery
Recommended Customer Verification Process
- recipient name
- contact number
- postcode
- unit / building number
- full delivery address
before confirming the order or shipment arrangement.
For urgent or important deliveries, customers are also encouraged to:
- ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
- monitor shipment tracking regularly
- contact Customer Support immediately if address updates are required
Our Customer Support team will always do our best to assist customers where possible before shipment handover.
