- Waiting Approval
- Pending Customer Confirmation
cannot proceed into production until customer approval has been submitted successfully.
Before production can begin, the following steps must be completed:
- artwork/file confirmation
- customer approval
- production scheduling allocation
If your order is still pending approval, the production timeline has not officially started yet.
To avoid delays, we strongly encourage customers to review and approve artwork as soon as possible after receiving the preview or checking feedback.
