Our Template Editing Service is provided to help customers customize and prepare production-ready artwork using templates that are officially published on our website.
This service is intended for simple template customization only and is not a custom design service.
What We Can Help With
Our template design service may include:
- text placement
- simple layout arrangement
- logo placement
- basic template customization
- simple color adjustments within the selected template
- production-ready artwork setup
Customers may also:
- Provide their own logo
- Provide their own images
- Provide their own custom icons
- Provide reference materials for content placement guidance
Customer Must Provide All Images & Graphics
If additional graphics, icons, illustrations, photos, mascots, symbols, QR codes, or other visual elements are required, customers must provide them.
We do not create, draw, generate, source, purchase, or recreate images, graphics, illustrations, or icons on behalf of customers.
If specific images, icons, AI-generated artwork, or graphics are required, customers must prepare and submit the final files before artwork preparation begins.

To maintain a fair and efficient workflow for all customers, the following services are not included under the free template design service:
- Custom design service
- Custom artwork creation
- Logo design
- Logo redesign
- Branding development
- Corporate identity development
- Mascot creation
- Hand-drawn artwork recreation
- Advanced vector tracing
- Marketing material planning
- Copywriting
- Translation services
- Social media content creation
- Multiple design concept exploration
- Creative direction consultation
- Extensive layout redesign
Template Selection
Customers may select:
- 1 Preferred Template
- 1 Backup Template
Only templates officially published on our website are eligible for the Template Editing Service.
If You Cannot Find A Suitable Template
If none of the published templates meet your requirements, you may contact our customer service team before placing your order.
In some cases, we may be able to assist with simple layout arrangements that are similar to our existing template styles.
Approval is subject to internal review and workload availability.
If approval is not granted, customers may still:
- Provide their own print-ready artwork
- Proceed with printing using customer-prepared files
Please note that simple layout support is not guaranteed and must be approved before artwork preparation begins.
Revision Limit
Each order includes:
3 Version Minor Revisions
Minor revisions include:
- Text updates
- Contact information updates
- Alignment adjustments
- Minor color changes
- Small content replacement
3 Minor Revisions Included
Additional Minor Revision RM10 per revision
Major Revisions Are Not Included
The following requests are considered major revisions:
- Changing to a completely different design direction
- Switching template styles after artwork preparation has started
- Significant layout restructuring
- Multiple redesign requests
- Repeated concept changes
- Rebranding requests
Major revisions may require additional charges and extended turnaround time.
Artwork Preparation Timeline
Template artwork preparation normally requires: Up To 2 Working Days
Customers are advised to allocate sufficient time before their intended production schedule.
Production Lead Time
Production lead time starts only after:
- Artwork has been prepared
- Artwork has been reviewed
- Artwork approval has been submitted
Production timelines shown on product pages do not include artwork preparation time.
Artwork preparation time and production time are calculated separately.
Non-Refundable Policy
Once artwork preparation has started:
- Template changes are no longer supported
- Design preference dissatisfaction is not eligible for refund
- Orders become non-refundable
Customers may still:
- Submit their own replacement artwork before approval (where applicable)
- Continue printing using customer-prepared files
Printing Will Only Begin After Approval
Production will only begin after artwork approval has been successfully submitted.
Failure to provide approval may result in production delays.
