To maintain a stable production workflow and fair scheduling system, all orders are processed based on a daily cut-off timing.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily cut-off time is:
2:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
Orders with:
- completed payment
- uploaded artwork/files
- successful artwork approval
submitted before 2:00 PM will normally be processed under the current working day production queue.
Orders completed after 2:00 PM will automatically be considered under the next working day’s production queue.
This helps us maintain fair scheduling and consistent production timelines for all customers.
