This service is designed to support the printing workflow using our standard design templates and is included with eligible printing orders.
What’s Included?
Our free template design service may include:
- text placement
- basic layout arrangement
- template-based design setup
- logo placement
- minor color adjustments within the selected template
- production-ready artwork preparation
Customers may select:
- 1 preferred template
- 1 backup template
Revision Limit
Each selected template includes up to:
3 minor revisions
Minor revisions may include:
- text updates
- alignment adjustments
- simple color adjustments within the selected template
Why Is There A Revision Limit?
Our free template design service is provided to support fast and efficient production preparation for all customers.
To ensure every customer can fairly enjoy the design support service, revision limits are necessary to maintain:
- fair manpower allocation
- stable workflow scheduling
- reasonable turnaround time
- production efficiency for all active orders
In many cases, excessive revision requests may indicate that the selected template direction may no longer match the customer’s actual design expectations or requirements.
What Happens If Revision Limits Are Exceeded?
If revision requests exceed the included limit, the case may be considered:
- outside the standard template adjustment scope
- beyond the intended template design service workflow
- unsuitable for the selected template direction
Depending on the complexity, additional:
- artwork handling charges
- redesign fees
- extended processing timelines
may apply.
In some situations, repeated major revisions may indicate that the selected template style may not fully match the customer’s preferred design direction or branding expectations.
Where appropriate, customers may consider:
- preparing their own artwork using platforms such as Canva
- submitting a finalized customer-ready design
- engaging a professional branding or creative design agency for more advanced custom design requirements
Our free template design service is intended to provide efficient production-ready artwork support while ensuring fair workflow allocation and reasonable turnaround time for all customers.
What’s NOT Included?
The free template design service does not include:
- fully custom creative design
- branding consultation
- custom illustration
- logo redesign
- content writing
- translation service
- multiple design concept exploration
- extensive layout redesign
Repeated redesign requests or major style changes are not supported under the free template service.
Important Notes
Template selection should be confirmed before artwork preparation begins.
Once artwork preparation has started:
- template direction changes are no longer supported
- artwork dissatisfaction based on personal preference is not eligible for refund
- orders become non-refundable once artwork preparation has started
However, customers may still:
- provide their own finalized artwork
- replace the artwork before approval (where applicable)
- continue printing using customer-prepared files
Production will only begin after artwork approval has been submitted successfully.
