Production timelines only begin after all required production steps have been completed successfully.
Your production lead time starts only after:
- payment has been confirmed
- artwork/files have been confirmed
- artwork approval has been submitted successfully
Production does NOT begin during:
- Design Checking stage
- waiting for customer response
- artwork correction discussion
- replacement artwork submission
- approval pending stage
Once artwork approval is submitted, your order will officially enter the production queue.
