There are 2 common situations after payment confirmation:
Situation 1 — Your order is already under “Design Checking”
If your order status shows:
- Design Checking
- Artwork Checking
- Waiting Review
this means your files are currently being reviewed by our team before production can begin.
Artwork checking normally takes:
- within the same working day for files confirmed before 2PM
- before 2PM on the next working day for files confirmed after 2PM
After checking is completed:
- artwork preview
- checking feedback
- approval request
will be updated through the system.
To avoid production delay, customers are strongly encouraged to review and approve artwork promptly once notification is received.Delays caused by pending customer approval or delayed response are not considered production delay caused by the company.
Customers may continue monitoring order status through the tracking system while waiting for update.
Situation 2 — Payment completed but no order or status update appears
If:
- payment was completed
- no order appears in the system
- payment status remains pending
- order status is not updating
please contact customer support for payment verification assistance.
Customers may be required to provide:
- payment receipt
- transaction screenshot
- payment reference number
- order number
Incorrect payment details, incomplete order submission, or verification issues may delay order processing.
