“Approved” means your artwork and production details have been successfully confirmed for production.
At this stage:
- artwork review has been completed
- customer approval has been submitted
- the order enters production scheduling queue
- machine, manpower, and material arrangement may begin
To maintain a fair production workflow and stable scheduling system for all orders, approved orders are considered finalized for production processing.
Once an order has entered “Approved” status:
- artwork replacement is no longer allowed
- modifications are no longer accepted
- cancellation requests are generally not accepted
- refund requests are generally not available
This helps avoid:
- production errors
- queue disruption
- material wastage
- scheduling conflicts
- production delays for other customers
Production may begin based on the approved artwork and submitted specifications.
