Physical samples are provided as reference materials to help customers understand:
- material texture
- surface finishing
- print feel
- general product appearance
However, samples may not represent the exact final mass production result.
This is because sample production and mass production may involve:
- different machines
- different production setups
- different material batches
- different finishing conditions
- different production environments
As a result, slight differences may occur in:
- color appearance
- finishing texture
- print density
- cutting alignment
- folding position
- surface reflection
Because commercial printing involves physical materials and industrial production processes, minor variation between samples and final production is considered normal production tolerance and is not regarded as a production defect.
