Customers submitting Canva artwork must provide a valid editable access link for production processing.
How To Share Canva Editable Access
- Open your design in Canva Click “Share”Change the access setting to:
- Anyone with the link
- Can edit
- Copy the sharing linkSubmit the link during checkout or send it to our support team
Important Notes
To avoid artwork checking delays or missing elements during production:
- View-only links are not accepted for production setup
- Restricted or private access settings may delay processing
- All fonts, images, and linked assets within Canva must remain accessible
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the Canva file is fully editable and properly displayed
Please note that unsupported Canva features, missing linked assets, or permission restrictions may affect artwork processing and printing results.
The company shall not be responsible for missing elements caused by Canva permission limitations or inaccessible linked content.
