Different printing materials and finishing processes may naturally produce slightly different visual results, even when using the same artwork and specifications.
This may include slight variation in:
- matte or gloss appearance
- UV finishing
- foil positioning
- surface texture
- color absorption
- reflective effects
Different materials also react differently during printing and finishing processes, which may affect:
- color vibrancy
- sharpness|
- contrast
- finishing visibility
In commercial printing production, materials are manufactured in batches and processed through industrial machines. Slight differences in coating, texture, surface absorption, lamination pressure, and finishing application may occur between production batches.
Environmental factors such as:
- lighting conditions
- viewing angle
- surrounding brightnes
may also affect how printed products appear visually.
Because printing and finishing involve physical materials and industrial production processes, minor variation is internationally recognized as a normal commercial printing tolerance and is not considered a production defect.
Our team continuously performs quality checks throughout the production process and works to maintain the best possible consistency for every order.
Customers are encouraged to review material specifications carefully before placing an order. Sample review is also recommended for projects requiring highly specific finishing expectations.
If you need assistance selecting suitable materials or finishing options, our Customer Support team is always happy to assist. We highly value customer feedback and continuously work to improve our production quality and consistency.
