This happens because digital screens display artwork at a much smaller viewing size and lower resolution requirement compared to commercial printing production.
Common Issues Caused by Low Resolution Artwork
Low-quality artwork files may result in:
- blurry images
- pixelated edges
- unclear text
- jagged lines
- poor detail reproduction
Enlarging small images beyond their original size does not improve actual image quality and may further reduce print sharpness.
How To Achieve Better Print Quality
For the best printing results, we strongly recommend providing:
- high-resolution artwork
- vector files where applicable
- original design/source files
- artwork prepared in actual print size
PDF or AI vector artwork is generally recommended for the sharpest printing output.
