Artwork Checking Timeline
Files confirmed:
- before 2:00 PM are usually checked within the same working day
- after 2:00 PM are normally checked before 2:00 PM on the next working day
Orders requiring template or artwork design service may require an additional 2 working days for artwork preparation and checking.
Customers may continue monitoring order status while waiting for update.
