As every item is produced based on customer-approved artwork and specifications, refunds are generally not applicable for:
- change of mind
- subjective preference
- misunderstanding of specifications
- artwork approved by customer
- slight colour differences caused by screen or display settings
To avoid this situation, we always recommend reviewing all artwork details, sizes, spelling, and materials carefully before approval.
