We provide two artwork submission options depending on your order requirements and design preference.
Option 1 — Customer Ready Artwork
If you already have a ready-to-print design, you may upload your artwork directly during checkout.
Our team will perform:
- basic artwork checking
- file verification
- print setup checking
Please note that basic checking does not include full design correction, spelling correction, or content redesign unless requested separately.
To help avoid delays or print issues, we strongly recommend submitting print-ready files with the correct sizing, bleed, and specifications.
Option 2 — Free Template Design Service
If you require assistance preparing your artwork, we also provide a free template design service to help customers create production-ready artwork more efficiently.
Customers are required to:
- fill in the design brief
- provide required information
- submit logo files or artwork assets if necessary
Our design team will then prepare the artwork and upload a preview for your review and approval before production begins.
Important Notes
Our free template design service:
- is intended for printing workflow support
- uses standard design templates
- is not a fully custom creative design service
Production will only begin after artwork approval has been submitted successfully.
