To ensure smooth production workflow and accurate printing results, we currently accept the following artwork submission formats:
Accepted File Formats
- Adobe PDF (.pdf)
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
- Canva Editable Access Link
Important Artwork Preparation Notes
To help avoid production issues or delays, we strongly recommend:
- preparing artwork in actual print size where possible
- using sufficient image resolution for printing
- embedding or outlining fonts properly
- ensuring all linked images and assets are included
- exporting print-ready files whenever possible
For Canva artwork submissions:
- editable access permission is required
- view-only links are not accepted
- all linked assets, fonts, and images must remain accessible
Unsupported or Problematic Files
Files submitted in unsupported formats or unsuitable file structures may:
- require additional artwork processing
- require redraw/setup services
- cause production delays
- be rejected for production quality control purposes
To maintain printing quality and production accuracy, the company reserves the right to reject incompatible or incomplete artwork files where necessary.
