Editable files, source files, and working files are generally not included under standard printing, production, or free template design service charges.
Orders placed with us are primarily charged for:
- printing and production services
- manufacturing processes
- artwork setup and preparation
- workflow handling
- technical production processing
and do not automatically constitute ownership transfer of editable design, working, or production setup files.
What Files Will Be Provided?
Where applicable, customers may receive:
- PNG artwork preview files
- print preview images for approval purposes
These files are intended for artwork checking and production approval only.
What Files Are NOT Included?
The following files are generally not included under standard orders:
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source files
- layered production setup files
- social media adaptation versions
- marketing content versions
Important Notes
Artwork prepared under our free template design service is intended primarily for production under UNLOCKED Printing.
The company reserves the right to:
- refuse editable/source file release requests where necessary
- restrict release of files containing licensed or third-party assets
- reject requests involving unsupported workflow structures or production setups
If editable ownership is important for your project, customers are encouraged to:
- prepare their own artwork
- use Canva or customer-managed design platforms
- request custom paid design services where applicable
