What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all parcels upon receiving the shipment.

Any damaged parcel issue must be reported within: 3 calendar days after parcel delivery

Late reports may not be accepted as parcel condition and courier handling status may no longer be verifiable after extended periods.

Information Required For Review

To help our team review the situation properly, customers may be required to provide:

  • parcel photos
  • damaged product photos
  • packaging condition photos
  • unboxing evidence
  • courier label information

Depending on the situation, the company may arrange:

  • parcel collection
  • internal inspection
  • courier investigation
  • partial replacement
  • reprint assessment

Because parcel delivery involves third-party courier handling, all damaged parcel cases will be reviewed individually based on:

  • actual parcel condition
  • production findings
  • courier investigation results
  • submitted evidence

Recommended Customer Protection Process

To reduce investigation difficulties and improve claim verification efficiency, customers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening the parcel
  • Keep all original packaging materials temporarily
  • Inspect all products immediately after receiving
  • Report any issue as early as possible
  • Avoid disposing of damaged packaging before review completion
