Customers may sometimes notice that one order contains multiple jobs during the production process.
This is a normal part of the production and tracking system.
What is an Order?
An Order refers to the complete purchase or transaction created by the customer.
An order may include:
- one product
- multiple products
- different sizes or quantities
- separate production requirements
Example:
One customer order may contain:
- business cards
- stickers
- banners
- packaging boxes
All of these items can exist under a single order number.
What is a Job?
A Job refers to an individual production task or manufacturing process inside an order.
Each product or production requirement may generate its own job for production tracking purposes.
This helps the production team manage:
- artwork checking
- printing process
- finishing process
- quality control
- packaging
- shipment arrangement
Important Note
Order status and job status may not always move at the same speed.
A completed job does not always mean the full order has been completed or shipped.
Customers are encouraged to review both order-level updates and job-level updates when tracking production progress
