We Check
- File format and accessibility
- Artwork size
- Bleed and safe area
- Image resolution
- Missing fonts or images
- Basic cutting and finishing requirements
We Do Not Check
- Spelling, grammar or punctuation
- Names, dates, prices or contact details
- Missing or incorrect information
- QR codes, barcodes or website links
- Design preferences
- Copyright or legal compliance
- Translation accuracy
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork content before approval.
Approval confirms that the artwork, size, layout and information are correct. Errors in customer-supplied or approved artwork are not eligible for a free reprint or refund.
Any issue highlighted by our team is a courtesy and does not guarantee that all errors have been identified.
